My Approach

I practise using a range of therapeutic ways of working including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred and Psychodynamic therapies. This integrative approach allows me to work dynamically and flexibly based on your individual needs.

My approach is grounded in collaboration between us, I will greet whatever you bring with curiosity, rather than judgement. This helps us to form a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship which is the foundation for us to be able to truly explore together and work through what is troubling you.

I work in a relational way, which means that the therapeutic relationship between us will be a key part of our work together, drawing from it to build awareness and understanding. This understanding forms the basis for us to develop tools together to help you get to a place that feels good for you; in your self, your relationships or your life more generally.

My aim is always to support and empower you to find your way.
