Fees

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are charged at £70. I do have some concessionary rates so feel free to discuss this with me should you feel the need.

What now?

You’ve already identified that you could use some support - so you've taken an important first step.

If you choose to contact me, then we can arrange a good time for a free, informal chat over the phone. Here we can briefly touch on what’s led you to reach out and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about what to expect from our time together. If you decide that you would like to meet, then our first session is really about getting to know each other a little and to talk more at your pace, about what has led you to seek support at this time. From this first session you will get a sense of whether you would like to continue your journey with me. If so, then we can make arrangements for future sessions.
